Solid Carbide End Mills

We manufacture a wide range of end mill using solid carbide which is extensively used in the automobile industry, using high grade carbide procured from reliable vendors. The deep helical grooves running up the cutter is known as flute while the sharp blade along the edge of the flute is known as the tooth. These end mills remove material by their movement within the machine or directly from the cutters shape.The tooth cuts the material and chips of this material are pulled up by the flute by rotating the cutter.

Ball Nose Solid Carbide End Mills

We offer a wide range of Ball Nose Solid Carbide End Mills wich is manufactured from qualitative carbide rods. The end of these cutters are hemispherical and these are ideal for machining 3-dimensional contoured shapes in machining centers, and are also used to add a radius between perpendicular faces to reduce stress concentrations.
