Winches made from the best quality steel, powder coated to prevent rusting
Unique locking system — curtains can be winched to the desired height without reverse fall back
Small pulley made from stainless steel; big pulleys made from M.S. with nickel coating
3 mm dia. and 5 mm dia. wire ropes run on the pulleys respectively
Both pulleys fitted with the help of 'J' hooks
25 mm dia. M.S. pipe runs through the length of the curtain
One winch can raise or lower a curtain around 200 feet in length

One Stop Solution For All Your Poultry Equipment Needs

Installation

For a shed size of 200 × 30, two winches are required on each of the open side
Four big pulleys (two on each side) welded with the help of 'J' hooks at the two ends of the shed / chain link
A small pulley welded at every 10–12 feet on the top, about 3 inches from the wall / chain-link
The 5 mm dia. wire rope is carried from the big pulley to the other end and tied to the curtain itself
With the help of 'U' clamp, connect the 3 mm wire to the 5 mm wire rope and tie the other end of the wire to the curtain
