Made of plastic & very easy to operate. Plastic leaves no chance for corrosion, is comfortable for the birds, accounts for easy access to feed and is easy to clean. Top opening doors with a guided track can be raised even with a single hand, and with simple operation can be easily closed and locked in position.
Made of high tensile galvalume material in 1 mm thickness. The Aluzinc alloy combination ensures a prolonged cage life. The clever external design avoids any feed spillage while remaining sturdy enough for labourers to stand on during maintenance.
Dhumal's USP is the use of a more thermo-neutral and long-lasting material — plastic — across all parts of the cage. Side and back partitions perfectly intertwine with the primary metal structure, ensuring minimal manure accumulation, battery hygiene and corrosion resistance. The mesh-type side partition achieves better ventilation and offers an optional arrangement to convert to enriched cages in the future. Easily steam cleaned or pressure washed at the end of the flock.
Our lego-type cage installation keeps all boxes perfectly aligned so the manure removal belts work in line. We maintain the stiffness of the polypropylene belts and supply a welding gun with the cages for preventive maintenance. All manure system parts are galvanized and rollers are rubber-coated for longevity. Every tier gets an independent motor — significantly less belt breakdown and accumulation maintenance.
Our automatic egg collection system collects all eggs at one central place via a cross conveyor. The gentle, soft automatic conveying reduces manual handling — leading to naturally cleaner eggs with fewer cracks.
All cages come with a trolley on top track cart feeding mechanism with drop tubes for feed delivery to all birds. Our patent-pending gravimetric feed measurement system ensures each box receives exactly the same amount of feed.
