Our Company is promoted by Technocrat with an experience of more than thirty years, when started, in the field of Ultrasonic. Our company 'ELECTROSONIC INDUSTRIES' was started in April 2001 to manufacture Ultrasonic Cleaners, Ultrasonic Vapour Degreaser / Vapour Degreaser, Ultrasonic Processor (Probe Sonicator) Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors, Probes for NDT and other allied instruments. The promoter Mr. R.K.Patil is technically qualified and experienced in manufacturing. He has been associated with reputed manufacturers of similar equipments over the past thirty years. He has unmatched expertise in manufacture of Ultrasonic Transducers for cleaners and probes for various application. In the year 2001 he commenced his own venture. He is assisted by Mr. B.H.Katti for marketing of these products. He has an experience of more than thirty-five years, when the venture was started, in application and marketing of Ultrasonic Instruments / Equipments in Industries. He was also associated with reputed manufacturers of these equipments and is well versed in application and utility of these Instruments. He is now assisted by young engineers qualified and trained in the field of Ultrasonic for production and development for multiple applications.

We have manufactured and supplied more than Three Hundred units of Ultrasonic Cleaners of different capacities. They are in satisfactory service with engineering Industries, Electroplaters, Jewelers, Surgical Instrument manufacturers, Hospital and many others. We have exported couple of our units and they are working satisfactory. Reputed manufacturers of Hospital Equipments are supplying our units to Hospital all over the country along with their equipments and are satisfied with performance and service. We are specialised in manufacturing tailor made units to suit specific application. We have also developed special units for few of our regular clients to suit specialised application in Ultrasonic technology.

We have also developed the Ultrasonic Processor (Probe Sonicator) for Institutions, Research Labs and industry. We have manufactured and supplied Low/High power units for Homogenisation, Nano Particle Dispersion, Cell Disintegration and Tissue Processing (Plants and Animal Tissues) etc. and they are working satisfactory.

Our NDT probes are being supplied to End users and OEs manufacturing Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors and Ultrasonic Thickness Meters. Indian Railways are using our probes for Rail Testing - supplied by us / our OE users all over India. The probes are found to be equivalent in performance to those imported. We have manufactured probes for custom design application to substitute imported probes.

We have the necessary machinery for manufacturing and testing to maintain quality standards and performance efficiency over a long period. Trained technicians are there on shop floor and for service backup. We are planning to develop other equipments in the field of Ultrasonic in near future.
