Gas generator is designed to run continuously 24x7 days. In case gas is not being consumed or consumption is very low, pressure gradually increases in the nitrogen storage tank and the mounted pressure switch stops the gas generator. Whenever pressure falls down due to continuous gas consumption, the pressure switch automatically restarts the gas generator.
The only expense in the gas generator is of electricity consumed by air compressor. Running cost is Rs 4.5/- per cubic meter of nitrogen gas. This is very low compared to Nitrogen cylinder's cost of Rs 20-25/- per cubic meter. So, there is big cost saving when you install such gas generator. Pay back period is only 1 to 2 years.
Life of molecular sieves is around 10 years subject to air quality. Molecular sieves life is spoiled due to oil presence in the air. Therefore it is essential to use special pre-filters if lubricated air is used and filters should be replaced periodically.
It is very easy to install. The gas generator is supplied complete assembled on CS frames which can be kept directly on the levelled hard floor. You simply connect it to power and the gas generator becomes ready for start-up. We provide services of engineer to supervise its installation and commissioning at site.
