As a founder, board chairman and CEO of the Nisarga Biotech Group, Girish blends his education as a Master of Technology with his passion for agriculture. he is the co-inventor and co-patent holder of the NuroLight herbal blend, which has been awarded 2 US patents and multiple international patents for the process used as well as the end product. Girish is known for his extraction equipment designs that have introduced the industry to super-premium quality plant extracts. He has fine-tuned and indigenized CO2 extraction processes that have made it possible to extract the holistic essence of herbs. Besides his role at Nisarga Biotech, Girish is also Board Chairman at NuAxon Bioscience. In addition, he has been responsible for finding and leading six successful companies in the botanical industry. The processes and extracts created by Girish are used by blue-chip companies across the world.



Jalindar Shinde

Jalindar, an Engineer by profession who has worked throughout India as well as abroad on huge scale projects. He has been associated with agricultural from his childhood and is a founder and director of the Nisarga Biotech group of companies. All the Nisarga Biotech group companies have been working in the natural products industry, such as organic agricultural products, botanical extracts, and ayurvedic healthcare products, for the last 23 years.

He is also associated with supercritical CO2 extraction equipment since the beginning and has a thorough knowledge of designing, constructing, erecting & operating extraction equipment. Jalindar has a total experience of 35 years in various fields and has co founded several companies under Nisarga umbrella, which are running successfully. He is leading all the production and operations activities for the last 23 years in nearly all the group of companies.



Shrikrishna Phadke

Dr. Phadke is a 3rd generation Ayurvedic practitioner who owned and operated an ayurvedic remedy production facility for decades. His formulations were used not only in his medical practice but in the most respected practices in the country.

He is the co-inventor of Nurolight and co-patent holder for all patents on the product worldwide, as well as the medical advisor for the Nisarga Biotech Group and NuAxon Bioscience Inc. Dr. Phadke is highly respected for his contributions to ayurveda by teaching the principals to modern doctors in the west for last 20 years. He was awarded a lifetime achievement award in the form of the Ayurveda Fellowship with the University of New Delhi in 2014
