Pahwa MetalTech incorporated in 2014 by experienced techno-managerial entrepreneurs with over 40 years of experience in engineering. It is powered by a patented technology to manufacture Copper Titanium alloys developed by DRDO and licenced to Pahwa MetalTech.
EXPLORE MOREQTi Alloys for MIG Contact Tips provide superior performance and wear resistance as compared to CuCr/CuCrZr alloys.
QTi Alloys for Dies an Moulds transfer heat more effectively leading to defect free components in plastic injection moulding and metal die casting dies.
QTi alloys offer advantages for resistance welding application where it provides relatively good electrical conductivity and high strength and affordable costs.
QTi Alloy Plungers exhibit high wear resistance and good thermal conductivity, ideal for quick cycles. These plunges deliver more.
The contact parts are important components in switching devices. They have to maintain their function from the new assembled state.
QTi Pro and Eco range of Non-Sparking hand tools provide extended performance and durability. These Copper Titanium tools are Beryllium free, strong, non-magnetic.

OUR TECHNOLOGY -
QTi (Copper Titanium) Alloys are manufactured by a patented technology, with highly stringent process control. These alloys exhibit excellent strength, hardness and conductivity characteristics, similar to that of Copper Beryllium alloys. QTi alloys are a perfect substitute for CuBe Alloys and other copper alloys for variety of applications, with advantages of being economical and Beryllium Free. Explore More

HAZARDS OF CUBE -
Copper Beryllium - Beryllium copper (BeCu), also known as copper beryllium (CuBe), is a copper alloy with 0.5—3% beryllium and sometimes with other alloying elements.Beryllium copper combines high strength with non-magnetic and non-sparking qualities. It has many specialized applications in tools for hazardous environments, musical instruments, precision measurement devices, bullets, and aerospace. Explore More
Pahwa MetalTech is an engineering company, specialised in manufacturing of advance Copper alloys, for applications in several industries like Oil & Gas, Automotive, Defence, Electrical and Telecom. Copper Titanium (QTi) alloys and its products, are a perfect substitute to the hazardous Copper Beryllium alloys. It provides economic benefits and potential to replace other expensive materials.
