We are a 11 years old ISO 9001:2015 Certified company that started in 2012 (1000 Sq.Ft Area with small sheet metal parts tooling, jigs and fixture). In 2024, our company exhibited steady growth, expanding to a 33,000 sq. ft. facility.

Right from Simulation, Designing, as well as supplying Tandem Tools, Transfer Tools, Progressive, Proto Tools & Parts. We have closely worked with most of the OEMs.

Company Growth History

2012 — Started as Raj Tools

Our initial operations began with a 1,000 sq. ft. facility dedicated to the manufacturing of small sheet metal press tools, jigs, and fixtures, supported by a basic conventional setup.

2015 — Expansion Phase

Our operations have shifted to a new 5,000 sq. ft. space featuring a medium conventional setup equipped with 2-meter and 1.5-meter VMC machines and a 250-ton press.

2018 — Supplying to OEMs

We are now a supplier of OEM medium and large sheet metal parts, offering complete solutions from press tools and jigs to fixtures manufacturing. Our expanded 11,000 sq. ft. setup includes a large conventional area, a 500-ton press, a 3-meter VMC machine, and a 2.5-meter CMM/scanning machine, complemented by our advanced design resources.

2020 — Advanced Facilities

Our expanded 22,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility now offers even more comprehensive in-house tooling solutions. We've added large 1200 and 800-ton press machines, Sodick wire cut machines (700×500 / 500×300), and utilize Pam-Stamp simulation with our expert design team. Benefit from our complete 100% in-house tooling capabilities.

2023 — Became Raj Tools & Stamping Pvt. Ltd.

We are pleased to announce our transition from Raj Tools to Raj Tools & Stamping Pvt. Ltd. This change reflects our expanded capabilities and is accompanied by a significant increase in our operational footprint to 60,000 sq. ft. We have also enhanced our machining capacity with the addition of large VMC machines in 2.5-meter and 4.5-meter sizes.

2025 — New Corporate Office & Unit-2 Expansion

To better serve our clients, we've expanded with a new corporate office in January 2025 that integrates a large design setup and provides complete value-added sheet metal solutions through advanced technologies. This includes a new large spotting press for accurate tool validation.

In September 2025, Raj Tools & Stamping Pvt. Ltd. proudly inaugurated Unit-2, spanning 12,000 sq. ft. and equipped with a state-of-the-art tool room setup. This expansion enhances our production capacity and strengthens our commitment to delivering precision-engineered solutions.
