Yunik Air’s air-cooled after coolers are designed to cool the compressed air. As the compressed hot air is cooled down, the water vapour gets converted into the liquid form and this converted liquid is further removed with the help of Moisture Drain.

How it works?

Yunik Air’s Air Cooled After Cooler cools down the hot compressed air with the help of ambient air. After entering, the entered compressed air traverses through tube coil or a plate fin coil. Simultaneously, the ambient air is pushed over the cooler with the help of a motor driven fan. Heat is removed from the compressed air resulting in forming the liquid due to condensation. Further, the moisture is removed from the system by Moisture Separator and drained out via Moisture Drain Valve.
