Infrastructure & Utilities
Power
The Company has a provision for 1000KVA load of power. At present, the sanctioned load as per the bill from Jaipur VidyutVitran Nigam Ltd., is 300 KVA. The existing power connection is sufficient to cater its existing facilities.
Water
The company has 2 bore-wells in its premises which are sufficient to meet the present water requirements.
Fuel
The manufacturing process will require boiler steam in the process. It will also require producing hot water vacuum tray dryer as well as for high vacuum system. Boiler will be operating on the fuel oil. The manufacturing process would require furnace oil as fuel for boiler and diesel will be required for Generator set. The same is locally available from Essar Oil Ltd.
Plant & Machinery
The existing plant and machinery comprising of various reactors, centrifuge, tanks, quality control equipments etc. Since the company has recently modernized its manufacturing unit, the machineries are relatively new and are in excellent working condition.
Pollution Control
The company has an Effluent Treatment Plant in the factory premises to combat pollution.
Other Utilities
Other utilities includes Air compressor, Boiler giving steam, hot water system from process and HVAC and for vacuum tray dryer (VTD), cooling towers, cooling tower for the chillers, Process Chiller and brine chiller, Process chiller for scrubber, Fire hydrant pumps of various capacities etc.
