Mr. Jaydeep D Chougule

Mr. Jaydeep D Chougule is an electronics engineer from Pune University. He has 20+ years of industrial experience and has held senior positions at Alfa Laval & Tata Motors. He established DHRUVA in 2002 as a sole proprietary concern and built it there on.

He has extensive hands on experience in design, development and manufacturing of control systems. He has also acquired necessary experience in business finance and legalities. He works as Director Operations and Finance at Dhruva Automation & controls Pvt.





Mr. Manoj Sonar

Mr. Manoj Sonar is an electronics engineer from Pune University. He has 20+ years of corporate experience and has held senior positions at Tata Motors, Durr, Rockwell Automation & Siemens in India and overseas. He has played leadership roles in establishing new businesses in automotive markets. His has contributed significantly to the growth and success of the organizations he has been associated with.

He has extensive experience on issues of strategy, business development, Sales, organization building and human capital development. He plays the role of a friend, advisor and mentor to start ups. He works as Director Business development & SRM at Dhruva Automation & controls Pvt. Ltd.
