Established in 1992 by Mr. Nitin Thakur - the founder, Honors engineering degree from Mumbai University. Company started its functioning in 1994. Being technocrat Mr. Nitin Thakur started developing products surpassing the competitions and today one of the leading company in its field.

Over a period of systematic approach he developed Lighting Energy saver SCENE Mag-Amp product which is Trademark registered. Also developed Air Handling Unit and Dehumidifier along with also modified the Ultrasonic cleaner functioning.

Lighting Energy Saver is been tested by various government organizations like IDEMI, VNIT, ERTL, DEDL and PSB- Singapore. Since all products are developed keeping in mind the industrial client base, they are designed rugged and maintenance proof.

After initial setbacks during startup, Mr. Nitin Thakur- single handedly took company to level not imagined by circle. At present He has 3 units (312, 1070 and 1053) owned in Bhandup Industrial Estate. To conquer the world is the ambition and to have independent set-up is first step towards it. Future plans include branch offices and network throughout India.
