UNLOADING:

On large building project, you can reduce handling time by lifting bundles with crane directly from the delivery truck onto the roof area. Use spreader bar for long sheets. For small to medium size project, without mechanical handling facility, you can unload sheets by hand pass them to the roof one at time. For person safety, and to protect the surface finish wear clean and dry gloves before handling metal sheets.Don`t slide sheets over rough surface over each other.

STORAGE:

Stack the material on firm level ground, resting on the wooden block. Rain or condensation is easily drawn between the surfaces of the stacked sheets by capillary action, or they can be driven by wind this trapped moisture cannot evaporate easily, so it can cause deterioration of the coating, which may lead to reduced life expectance or poor appearance. If left it open, protect them with waterproof cover if material are not required for immediate use. Do not store sheet where people will walk over them.

COLOUR

It is advisable to seek actual sample for correct assessment. Colours also vary from batch to batch. It is therefore recommended to and take delivery of entire requirement in one lot.

WALKING ON ROOF :

It is important that you walk on roof carefully, to ovoid damage to either the roof or yourself. Generally, keep your weight evenly distributed over the soles of both feet to ovoid concentrating your weight on either heel or toes. When you walk across the ribs, walk over or close to the roofing support. Always take particular care when walking on wet or newly laid sheets particularly on steeply pitch roofs. If there will be heavy foot traffic on the roof, provide a temporary walkway or working platform to minimize damage.
