The firm under the Name “ KOYNA ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED “ established in 1987 and is
promoted by Mr. D. K. Shirole and Mrs. H.D. Shirole having very wide technical and practical
experience in the field of Electrical and Power Engineering . The firm is also registered with the
Director of Industries, Nashik as a SSI Unit in Maharashtra.
The plant is located at Plot No. 106, Street No. 19, MIDC Area – Satpur, Nashik – 422 007. Plot
Area- 2040 Sq. Mtr. and Factory Building is 800 Sq. Mtr. , Open Space available is 900 Sq. Mtrs.
The Unit is located in MIDC Satpur Industrial Estate Dist. Nashik [ Maharashtra ] and the
facilities of Transportation etc. is readily available.
The Firm now is governed by Following Directors. It is a family governed Firm and all Shares are
with these Directors
[i] Mr. Dattatraya Keru Shirole
[ii] Mrs. Hira Dattatraya Shirole
[iii] Mr. Shriram Dattatraya Shirole
Mr. D.K. Shirole :- He is a qualified Engineers and a Graduate in “ Electrical Engineering “ from
the University of Pune and having the Technical working experience of 48 Years. At present he is a
Full Time Director in this Firm Manufacturing Transformers, Panels, CTs-PTs & Metering Cubicles
etc.
Mrs. H.D. Shirole :- She Has an experience of General administration work in the firm.
Mr. S.D. Shirole :- He is Qualified Engineer and a Graduate in “ Electrical Engineering “ He is
associated with the firm and having more than 20 years of working experience in this field of
Electrical Engineering. He has a wide experience in Marketing and Manufacturing . He is working in
the capacity of Director and CEO of the Firm.
MANUFACTURING : We are in Electrical Engineering field since more than 35 Years & have
complete in-house facilities for manufacturing and Testing the Products.
Company has been Awarded ISO : 9001-2008 Certificate
The Products are manufactured as per Quality Assurance Plan.
MARKETING AND AFTER SALES :-
All the products confirms to relevant BIS standards and many of them have been Tested at NABL
Labs such as ERDA, CPRI etc. Selling of Product is through Open Tenders and through Marketing
Team. The product being of best quality, meets desired National , International standards, is
therefore widely accepted in State Electricity Boards, Railways, Defense Organizations and in
Industrial units.
We have separate team for after Sales Services which operate regularly and as per customers’
requirement.
