(KRSPL), having incorporated in 2004, an integral business vertical of Jenco Group, with inherent cutting edge competency and expertise of the group, has forayed into the manufacturing of E.H.V Transmission Line Towers, Substations Structures, Telecom Tower & RSJ Pole setup. KRSPL, an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, has varied range of products which includes TLT Structures & Substation Structures upto 400 KV, RSJ Poles for 33 KV Line , Cable Trays, Earthing Flats & Anti Skid Floor Gratings. We, at KRSPL, have been providing quality products solutions to the verticals time and time again across India and also focusing in Global Market.

We are persistent in the direction for expansion and growth of the company. We have spearheaded, tapping the potential of Power & Telecommunication sector. Further, the company has an enhanced tower production capacity to around 12000 tons per annum consisting of 80 Meter (LG) x 20 Meter (WIDE) shed, in addition to which the galvanizing capacity has been enhanced to around 24,000 Tons per annum consisting of 120 Meter (LG) x 20 Meter (WIDE). Infrastructure

We have an administrative office and over 50,000 sq. ft. of vast area of manufacturing and factory workshops in Mumbai, divided into 3 well-equipped units to manage a whopping production capacity of 2000 MT per month.

Our existing manufacturing setup spread over 7 acres of land at Wada, geographically 20 kms. from JNPT Port, centrally located in the hub of Rolling Mills. As a result, availability of raw material is very economical.

These ideally and strategically located infrastructure houses high-tech machineries, following stringent processes, and are wholly dedicated to produce high quality products. We have large assembly areas for protos in addition to machine areas and fabrication areas. We have an ideal infrastructure that can take care of all the manufacturing implications and necessities.

KRSPL diligently adheres to the norms and standards, following stringent stage-wise manufacturing process right from Planning, Rawyard discipline, Fabrication, Cutting, Stamping, Punching, Notching, Bending, Grinding, Quality Control, Galvanising, Degreasing, Rinsing, Pickling, Pre-Fluxing, Galvanising, Passivation, unto Finishing at the Finish Yard, later, Bundling, Packing and Readying the products for dispatch, with proper logistics support.

The process is culminated and followed by proper interfacing and after sales communication with our clients by our trained customer care staff.
