We would like to introduce ourselves as an Electrical Contractor & Control panel manufacturer. We are in the field since 1987 & we offer several types of services as mentioned below. Manufacturing of all types of control panels like Power DB’S, MCC’s, PLC panels, AMF panels, Synchronization panels, Street light panels, Machine control panels, Gas fired as well as electrically operated furnace control panels, Auto power factor control panels, fuse DB’s, MCB DB’s, plug boxes etc.

Firstly as per our design we get the cubicle fabricated & painted or powder coated as per the customer’s requirement from our vendor and then actual assembly work is done. After assembly and wiring every panel is tested as per the design and functional requirement. During this method 3 stage inspection is done. Every panel undergoes these inspections i.e. after fabrication, painting and final assembly & wiring. After our final inspection we call our client’s representative and the panel is inspected once again and then it is dispatched. This 3-stage inspection method helps us to improve our quality and we can certainly satisfy our client’s requirement by delivering Quality products.

Our proprietor is a qualified Electrical Engineer with a very Good experience of over 25 years in the field of Electrical Panels and installations. He handles different functional areas such as

He is concerned with Accounting as well as Documentation work. Production Engineer He monitors all the activities concerned with Production with special attention to on-line Quality as per Design and Quality plans. We make Panels, Controllers and Instrumentation panels against customer’s required features & Designs. During these 19 years of experience, we made more than 200 different types of Products/ Panels and supplying to all over India. These panels are acclaimed for efficient performance and are widely used in electrical and engineering industries. We have R&D department (Research & Development) with Embedded system, Programming of software for Micro Controller - chips and PLC Controls and Managements. industries.

Volt-On Engineering is an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization that is engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying a wide range of automatic power control products & panels. Our range of panels includes control panels, electrical control panels, energy saver control panel, automatic phase changers and phase sequence correctors. These panels are widely used in electrical and engineering industries to prevent current leakage and any electrical hazards. Our range is constructed using switchgear components like A.C.B., MCCB, switches, fuses, contactors, overload relays and insulated wires, and thus ensure trouble free operations. For manufacturing these panels, we have sound infrastructure that enables us to meet the bulk requirements of our clients within the set time frame. Under the able guidance of our chairman, Mr. S. Prem Kumar, we have earned numerous accolades in the domain. He has vast experience in electrical, electronic and generator field, which has helped us in acquiring a stretched out clientele in the market.

We believe in giving maximum output using minimum overheads. We have a small but very highly dedicated staff to fulfill all customer requirement within stipulated time period and with no compromise in quality of product.
Our works is in Shivane, next to Warje (Vishnu Malati Industrial Estate) admeasuring area of 1100 sq. ft.
We do everything from design of panels to commissioning of them at site.
Fabrication & powder coating is outsourced on labour charges.
Our vendor (fabricator) has in-house power press, power shearing & powder coating facility.

TESTING FACILITIES

All panels are tested as per universal electrical standards We undertake following test procedure for all panels

Bill of material

All components are tested as per make and design

Megger Test

On completion of wiring giving 500VDC tests all panels supply using hand driven megger. All required parameters are checked.

Functional Tests

Each component is tested for its application and overall functional test is carried out. Temperature controller are given necessary inputs from Resistance boxes and PLC panels are checked by giving necessary inputs through "PC Software High Voltage Test" .All panels are tested by 2.5KV for 1 minute between phase-phase, phase-neutral, and phase-earth.
