Supreme Gauges & Instruments,founded in 1981 gained quick popularity in the gauge-making market. While Micro Engineering, formed in 1984 were into automotive parts manufacturing. In 2005, Micro Engineering & Supreme Gauges & Instruments merged to form "Micro Supreme Auto Industries (India), Pvt Ltd".

We make

  • Precision mechanical components & assemblies being used in automotive engine, gear box, power steering systems as well as power generation, shipping & precision engineering industries.
  • 1984: Organization started with precision centreless grinding facility
  • 1989: Development of Salt Spray Corrosion Testing System with international quality level. Unique in the country.

  • Micro Engineering & Supreme Gauges & Instruments were merged to form Micro Supreme Auto Industries(I)Pvt Ltd in 2005-06.
  • Environmental testing systems, laboratory testing systems, customized testing systems being used in automotive, chemical, electrical & electronics industry etc.
  • Measuring instruments, relation gauges, jigs & fixtures.
  • 1991: PCN assembly development.Vendor ship of TATA Motors.
  • 1995: Development of Automatic Viscosity measuring system.
  • 1996: Power steering components development for ZF (I) & their vendor ship.
  • 1997: Shifted in own premises with modern amenities, at Kondhwa.
  • Vendor ship of TATA Motors passenger car unit.
  • 2000: Vendor ship for M & M (T) Div.
  • 2001 : Vendor ship for M & M Automotive Div.
  • 2003 : Water spray chamber development.
    Development of export oriented products for ZF steering like Driver & valve spool.
  • 2004: Vendor ship for Kirloskar Oil Engines.
    Vendor ship for TVS group.
    ISO/TS 16949 Certification.
  • 2005: Automotive and Precision Engineering Division
    Development of Assly. Cam Chain Tensioner, Piston Cooling Nozzle Assly. & Chain Cooling Nozzle Assly. For Euro IV engines
    Testing Systems Division
    Water Splash Chamber meeting DIN, JIS, IS & customer specific requirements
    Gasket Thickness (In compressed condition) Measuring system.
    Corporate 5 acre land acquired for export oriented unit
    Renovation of plant & office.
    Implementation of UNIDO training program (30 months)
    5S & Kaizen systems established
  • 2006: Automotive and Precision Engineering Division
    Export to Wartsila Finland started.
    Export to Wartsila Italy in progress. Development of Wartsila components like compressing rings.
    Assly. Cam Chain Tensioner successfully developed passing long duration engine test. And is now under production.
    Various types of Piston Cooling Nozzles developed for latest engine models of customers.
    Vertical Machining Center facility added.
    Testing Systems Division
    New models 125LG and 200LSX of Salt Spray Corrosion Testing Systems launched.
    Corporate Renovation of plant & office completed.
    Development of Pirangut plant project initiated.
  • 2007: Automotive and Precision Engineering Division
    Piston Cooling Nozzle design and development initiated for 3L and 5L engines.
    Piston Cooling Nozzle prototype samples submitted for 800 cc engine.
    4 Cylinder Engine block (Crankcase) machining project initiated. Oil pump development project initiated.
    Testing Systems Instrument Division
    125LG Model - salt spray chamber with design modification for humidity and pH measurement
    parameters introduced in the market. AMC services are being extended in others states of the Country.
    Corporate Construction activity for new plant at Pirangut initiated.
    Recertification audit for TS 16949 successfully completed.
    SAP ERP 6.0 system purchased. Its implementation project initiated.
  • 2008: Automotive and Precision Engineering Division
    Export to Wartsila Finland is growing.
    Export to Wartsila Italy, Netherland started.
    Assly. Cam Chain Tensioner production wel-established.
    PCV Valve production started.
    Check valve production started.
    High RPM Twin Spindle Drilling System Developed & Productionized.
    New customers added: Piaggio, Lombardini.
    Piston Cooling Nozzle Assemblies developed for 3L, 5L and 800cc engines (800cc for Nano Car).
    Testing Systems Division
    Humidity chamber system is designed and developed.
    Tata Motors Singur “Nano Plant” has placed order and system will be delivered in Oct 08
    CorporateDevelopment of Pirangut plant project initiated & construction started.
    Switched over to SAP ERP ECC 6.0 System on 1st August 08.

    1st samples for Aerospace Industry successfully accepted by the customer- “Outletmachined” for Pac Sci
