⇒ Procuring:- To manufacture any product, the raw material has to be really goods. So the company is always very stringent about all the raw material being procured. The procurement of the raw spices, pulses and food grains are made from specific areas where best raw produces are grown throughout the country. Well trained and experienced company staff does these procurements. As the saying goes, a good start is half the race won, so does our procurement process wins half the race for us by ensuring the best raw material, giving a good start to our manufacturing process. Quality checks start right from the origin of supply chain.

⇒ Preserving :- Since all the raw material for our products are seasonal and are cultivated just once a year, the company procures these raw material in bulk, that too farm fresh, which are then stored in cold storage houses to retain the original flavour and colour. Besides , the raw material is also protected from being infested by insects by keeping them in these storage houses. This also enables us to supply uniform quality to our clients throughout the year. Storted and supplied, as fresh as from the farm.

⇒ Processing :- The modern and outmated machines do the processing of the raw material .in the continuous process of production, the product. Is never touched by hand from the raw material to the packing of finished product. Adding to this, uniform and consistent quality is maintained by the colour sorting machine, which eliminates any substandard or discouloured material in the production process. So we have an all round quality processing line.

⇒ Packing :- Packing of the final product is done as per the requirement of the customers. The final products can be packed in any kind of packing material ranging from jute bags to poly sacks and even paper bags. The products can be packed in any kind weight categories as per the customer requirement. A quality product packed to satisfaction.
