Our Facility is situated in Vasai in Maharashtra State an Industrially developed Location with close proximity to Mumbai Airport, Seaport, Major Cities. We have a strong team of logistic providers who ensure Prompt and safe delivery of Goods across the Globe.
Our facility is well equipped with all machinery needed for high voltage transformer and equipment manufacturing. Right from small winding machine – 3 nos , we have 5 automatic winding machines for medium load, heavy duty automatic winding machine 1 nos for heavy duty winding machine and 2 extra heavy duty winding machines. Also we have industrial oven, vaccum plant along with other equipments like shearing machine, drills, grinders, We also have loading unloading facilties at our works.
We also have testing facilities at our works. Our test equipments include Oil BDV Tester 100 kv, HV tester 5 kv /10 kvand 50 kv / 100 kv, high voltage measuring probe upto 40 KV, various meters, control panels etc. All incoming raw material and all finished products are tested and certified before final use.
We also enjoy proximity to various raw material suppliers who are located quite near to us, which helps in getting required materials at the earliest and thereby reducing the lead time. We are also well equipped with modern communication systems – thereby providing all our customers a immediate response to their queries.
