♦ CONCAST INDIA LIMITED (A division of Prima Metals)
We have been associated with CIL since 1978. We manufacture complete casters for them, right from Mould, Mould Oscillation, Withdrawal Straightener, Segments, Discharge Area, Billet Shears, Ladles, Tundish, Ladle Cars, Tundish Cars, Dummy Bars and other equipments needed for the CCM plants. We also make Coil Tongs, Tilters, C-Hooks for them as per Heppanstal (Switzerland) design & engineering.

♦ DANEILLI INDIA LIMITED
We have been making equipment's like Lift Lateral Billet Transfer Car, Tundish, Tundish Tilting, Rigid Dummy Bar and other equipment's for their Caster project at Durgapur Steel Plant, JNIL, BSRM (Bangladesh). We have also made process line equipments for their various export projects.

♦ JINDAL SOUTHWEST LIMITED (JSW]
We have been making equipment's for JSW since 1992. We started off by making Roller Tables, Mill Guides, and Furnace Slab Extraction for their Steckel Mill project at Vashind in 1992. Since then we have been involved in making various equipments for their Mills, Slab Casters, Lime Plants, Sinter machines, Water Cooled Ducts for their plant at Bellary & Dolvi. We have successfully made more than 800 Tons of equipments for Sinter Plant— 2 at their Dolvi plant.

♦ JINDAL STAINLESS LIMITED [JSL}
We have been associated with JSL since 1996. We have made equipmants for their Annealing / Pickling line at Hissar (Haryana) and Jajpur (Orissa). We had successfully made more than 900 Tons of equipments such as Polyurethane Rolls, Bridle Assemblies, Steering Units, Shears and Deflectors for their HAPL / CAPL Line in Jaipur.

♦ SMS SEIMAG LIMITED
We have beenassociated with SMS since 2006. We have made euipment's for their variuos project at RNIL, Bhilai Steel Plant, Rourkela Steel Plant, JSPL, Salem Steel. Besides making standard equipment's like Lance Assemblies, Transfer Car, Dummy Bar Disconnecting Devices, Mould & Segment Alignment Stands we have also made complete Guide Rail Assemblies for Segment placement for their Salem Steel Project. We Successfully comleted more than 1100 tones of equipment's for their Vizag project which include complete ESP fabrication, Ladle Stand & other misc items.

♦ TATA STEEL LIMITED
We have been associated with Tata Steel since 1990. We have been their single source supplier for LS-70 Slidegate system for their ladles. We have also supplied equipment's such as Tundish, Hot Slab handling Tongs, Mould Plates and other equipment's.

All this is achieved with a dedicated team of professionals and a reliable network of vendors in addition to our following in house capacity.

Our Manufacturing Units:

♦ Sahib Equipments Pvt. Ltd. (Unit-1) - This unit is located at A-103, T.T.C. Industrial Area, M.I.D.C., Khairane, Navi Mumbai. It is the frist manufacturing unit of our organization. This is mainly a machine shop. The area available for production is 10,000 Sq. ft. & the manpower of this unit is approximately 30 workmen. This unit also serves as a centralized office for the group.

♦ Sahib Equipments Pvt. Ltd. (Unit-2) - This unit is located at C-536, T.T.C. Industrial Area, M.I.D.C., Pawane, Navi Mumbai. This is the assembly unit. The area available for production is 8,000 sq. ft. The man power employed here is approximately 20 people.

♦ Sahib Equipments Pvt. Ltd. (Unit-3) (Technomech Engineers) - This is our third manufacturing unit. This is mainly a fabrication shop. The company is situated at A-798/3, T.T.C. Industrial Area, M.I.D.C., Khairane, Navi Mumbai. The factory is built in a plot measuring 12,000 sq. ft. The manpower employed by the company averages to 30.
