Born in 1945, Mr. Vasant B. Tol graduated as Mechanical & Electrical Engineer from College Of Engineering, Pune.
After getting a short but very vital experience of 6 years in Cummins he decided to start his own entrepreneurship venture. Mr. Vasant B. Tol is in this business since 1973. He has been the brain behind the development of innovative products for Indian market such as Mobile Racks, Vertical carousals, Acoustic enclosures etc. He has not only developed the business right from scratch but also inspired many of his employees to start their own businesses.

Born in 1980, Chintamani Tol completed his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Pune in 2002 and subsequently completed PGDBM and MMS finance in 2005. He has been working under the guidance of his father and Mentor, Vasant B. Tol since 2002.
He has been actively involved in design, development, Costing and manufacturing.
He puts his innovative ideas to help the customers achieve their functional needs from the products. His continues effort is to convert Ideas and Dreams into reality by choosing the right design and the right process of manufacturing. He is currently leading the company and trying to take it to new heights.
