a. Base frames: Base frame is the main foundation for any prime mover assembly. May it be Engine coupled with Alternator or Pump or Gearbox or Motor connected with Pump, Gearbox etc. Each assembly stands on a base. We are into fabrication of Base frames since 2002. We manufacture all types of base frames such as in Formed sections, in standard ISMC, ISMB members etc. We also have expertise in modifying the base frames to suite the revised assembly plans. We can perform perfect alignment of Engine and Alternator in less than 0.010Inches.

b. Application Engineering: We undertake all sorts of manufacturing jobs for Application Engineering of Engine such as manufacturing of brackets to suite the mounting of subassemblies on engine, Modification of existing engine components such as flywheel, Front rear supports etc. Assembly of total application on a common frame etc. We have worked on various application development such as Drilling rig repowering, Dozer repowering, SNF class air force truck repowering, Engine application engineering for Fire Pumps, Mud Pumps and various industrial as well as construction applications. These jobs were conducted for Cummins India Ltd.

c. Assembly and testing fixtures: We design and manufacture assembly and testing fixtures for various processes. E.g. we have designed and manufactured assembly fixture for L&T for Track Module assembly. Also we have manufactured various checking fixtures for Haworth I Pvt. Ltd for checking of various assembly parts.

d. Test Beds and engine adaptation: We have designed and manufactured test bed for MTU I Pvt Ltd. This test bed is suitable for testing of 20 Cylinder V type engine. Also we have manufactured a trolley with rails to carry these engines from workshop to test cell. We also undertake adaptation jobs for various new engines on this test bed including the Engine Mounting, Water Piping, Fuel hoses, Exhaust Piping, Air Intake adaptation Carden Shaft and Coupling adaptation.

e. Engine Skids: Our Company has developed transport skids for various types of engines. We have worked for Cummins, MTU, Ashok Leyland etc. for their requirements of Skid.

f. Generator set soundproof enclosure: We have worked on few very spatial soundproof enclosures for generator sets. We have developed one of the first few soundproof enclosures back in 1995. We were part of development process for KOEL while development of their canopies from 125kVA up to 1MW.

a. Fuel Tank: We have manufactured fuel tanks up to 990 liters in sheet metal MS and SS. Also we can manufacture tailor made fuel tanks for applications.

b. Material handling trollies: We design as well as manufacture material handling trollies for internal and external usage. We have manufactured various such trollies for Cummins, Faurecia, Haworth, MTU and L&T

c. Process Boards: In current high volume industries internal processes have utmost importance for back tracking. We have worked with the people across the world, who have opened up their manufacturing setups in India such as Faurecia Seatings, MTU. We have designed and manufactured many such boards for internal systems such as KANBAN Boards

d. Lifting Tackles: We are into manufacturing of tailor made lifting tackles. So far we have designed and manufactured Lifting tackle for 40 ft. container with 25T capacity with all the lifting tackles, Lifting tackle for sub assembly lifting for Cummins as per their design

e. Solar Tanks: Our Company undertakes manufacturing of solar tanks with pressure testing. We have manufactured tanks with and without dish ends.

We have a specialized product designer on board. In association with the software company we first understand client's functional requirements of the kiosk. Once the company finalizes the hardware we design the kiosks and give various solutions. We have in house design and drafting facility. Till date we have worked for Scrum Systems, Touchmagix, Sahaj Automation for kiosk manufacturing.

a. Special Projects: We work with lot of Architects who have a vision to create something different. We have worked on lot of spatial projects such as compound wall paneling for Mercedes Benz international School, Café Mocha Pune. Few small projects where we have manufactured hatch door for terrace entry, Folding partitions, colorful Windmills etc.

b. Fabrication for Event management: We have manufactured lot of artistic elements for event management. Various Domes, Canopies, Back drops, Metallic Flowers, Standees etc.
