Achievement

Dippak Wani is a dynamic entrepreneur and was honoured with "RAJIV GANDHI SHIROMANI AWARD" in 2008, for outstanding individual achievement and distinguished services to the society.

He is also been awarded as Samaj Bhushan by Gujarathi Samaj in 2008 and honoured by Janata Sahakari Bank Ltd. He was chosen due to his individual achievements and contributions to the bank.

Dippak is an Engineer by education. He has won Dipex state level award for innovation of electronic code locks in 1992, which is now used widely all over the world. He started his career with selling uniform on lorry and took up the operations of government polytechnic canteen and mess, while studying in the same college.

He has worked with Bajaj, Maini, Escorts and Principal of ITI for a short tenure.

Dippak is into diversified businesses like Construction, Prefabricated Structures, Packaging, Material Handling, and Forging. He has a family of around 100 employees and has offices all across western India i.e. in Pune, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Gujarat, and Goa.

He shoulders social responsibility as well and has started a scholarship in the name of his mother Late Suranga Wani, for the 10th passed needy students in his home town Faizpur, Dist. Jalgaon. He has taken responsibility of 6 children's primary and secondary education.

Award being conferred upon Mr. DSK for his significant achievement in his vocation and contribution to the society.(at the hands of) Our M.D. & President Dippak Wani briefed about the Idea of Rotary vocational Excellence Award. Idea of Rotary Award is to recognise individuals those who have achieved significant height in their vocation. They achieve this through a lot of hard work and dedication by overcoming many odds. Such exemplary work should be brought to people so that they will get inspiration to overcome odds of their life. The DSK is one best example to the society. DSk accepted award with lot of Gratitude and mentioned that he is deeply honoured with this award during his one hour speech he mentioned that hard work discipline and honest pays for long, however the luck factor is just like salt which required just a pinch, more or less wont work.

He is president of Rotary Club of Pune Kalyani Nagar for the year 2011-12. He is awarded as 'BEST ROTARIAN OF THE YEAR' for humanitarian services and leadership qualities.
