1. Fully Fledged tool room for die manufacturing supported by CAD.

2. The tool room is equipped with latest of CNC wire cut and spark erosion EDM machine for manufacturing dies with accuracy.

3. To Facilitate the best finish in the extruded profile, the tool room is equipped with extrude Honing machine which gives unmatching finish in the extruded product/ profile.

4. All dies are nitrited in gas nitriding furnace to improve the hardness of the dies providing better surface finish of extruded profiles.
