Classic Die Tools (CDT) is well equipped, modern, and sophisticated commercial toolroom for Dies and Mould Mfg. CDT started in September 2012 in Pune's industrial area. It is a partnership firm of two like-minded, dedicated, and well-experienced mechanical engineers.
We are involved in the development of near about 450 to 500 dies. We handle critical dies and have extensive experience in die mould manufacturing, covering all foundry processes, moulding processes, and die design activities.
Classic Die Tools (CDT) is a leading manufacturer and supplier of precision die
casting dies, plastic injection moulds, jigs, fixtures, and engineering job work -
based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Established in 2012, the company was
founded by 2 experienced mechanical engineers, Mr. Milind Ajgar & Mr. Navnath
Solanke with decades of hands-on expertise in design and manufacturing of
dies and moulds.
With a modern and well-equipped toolroom and design
centre, we specialize in the design, development, and manufacturing of high-
quality tooling for a wide range of industries including automotive, electrical,
electronics, home appliances, defence ,etc.

10000 sq. ft. Slab constructed area with 67 HP power, located in centralized location in Chakan MIDC Pune. With designated area for toolroom, assembly section, design centre and office space.
Mr. Milind G. Ajgar is one of the partner of Clasic Die Tools. He is Mechanical Engineer and having near about 24 years of toolroom Experience. He was started his career in Walchandnagar Industries Ltd. As a Trainee in 1990. after completion of training he moved to Pune for better career opportunities. He was joined in Plastic Mould Manufacturing company M/s Shapers (I) Ltd. Previously Known as Perfect moulds Ltd.in toolroom dept. After Eight Years service in perfect moulds, he got hands on experience of VMC, CNC, EDM, WIRE CUT, and all other convential machines as well as mould assembly.
After that he Joined to Endurance Technologies Pvt . Ltd. ETPL is a well known aluminum Die Casting foundry, and having its own ultra modern toolroom. Near about 4.5 years of service with ETPL he got lot of experience in Die casting (HPDC, LPDC, GDC) process . In the period of 4.5 years he was involved in development of near about 450 to 500 dies. After That he joined on small company M/s. Shri Akruti Enginerring, where he was a fully responsible for all toolroom activities right from Marketing to Design and Manufacturing of dies for GDC, PDC, and LPDC. Near About 4.5 years of service he handled indually about 250 critical dies and got lot off experience in die mould mfg. He is well experienced about all foundry process, moulding process and die design activities.
Mr. Navnath U. Solanke is a second partner of Classic Die Tools. He is Mechanical Engineer and having about 20 years of toolroom experience. He was started his career with Bajaj Auto Ltd. Aurangabad in 1993.After completion of training he moved to pune for better career opportunity. He was joined in Plastic Mould Manufacturing company M/s Shapers (I) Ltd. Previously Known as Perfect moulds Ltd.in toolroom dept. After Eight Years service in perfect moulds, he got hands on experience of VMC, CNC, EDM and all other convential machines as well as mould assembly. He joined Silicon medows ltd.
In toolroom Dept. Silicon is a well known LPDC and GDC Foundry. He taken 4 years experience of LPDC and GDC die mfg. in there. He joined Mahindra Forging Ltd. A well known Forging Company as a toolroom manager and handled all the forging die mfg. activity for near about 4 years. He is having very good knowledge of CAM programming as well as VMC machining Process of die and mould manufacturing.
