Chapatti Making Machine (AUTOMATIC CHAPATI MAKING MACHINE)
SHEETCUTTING MODEL L WITH BULIT IN BAKING OVEN 500, 1000 ,2000,5000,and 10000/HR.
M.S Pipe frame stainless steel covering/food Grade Teflon coated sheet rollers, Stainless steel Hopper and Food grade conveyor. Baking oven is 3 tier and insulated. RV burners for baking and round burners below the wire mesh for puffing. Weight and thickness of the chapatti can be adjusted size of chapatti 6” or desired.
- Capacity 500 chapattis per hour:- Fitted with 1/4HP, 3phase motor. Size 6.5ft*2.5ft approx. LPG Consumption 3.5kg./hr.LPG Consumption 3.5 kg/hr approx.
- Capacity 1000 chapatti per hour:- Fitted with 1/2HP 3Phase motor. Size 8ft*2.5ft (approx) LPG consumption 4kg/hr approx.
- Capacity 2000 chapatti per hour:- Fitted with 1HP 3phase/2HP Single phase motor. Size 10ft*3ft (approx). LPG Consumption 6kgs/hr.(approx)
- Working:- Switch the machine on and light up the LPG burners. Let the burner. Let the burner for 8-10 minutes so that the rollers to form a layer of sheet which then passes though a cutting the die, cutting the sheet into the round shape. The round piece goes into the oven below and the sides are carried back into the hopper by conveyor for recycling. The round piece will get backed and puffed chapattis will keep falling out automaticallty.
