POST WELD HEAT TREATMENT [STRESS RELIEVING] EQUIPMENTS & ACCESSORIES

A] POWER SOURCES TEMCON - TR

Temcon Power sources are ruggedly built equipment for Pre-heat and Post-heat treatment work of pipe welds, vessels, tanks etc. in Power plants, Refineries, Offshore/ Onshore projects. Constructed in heavy gauges CRCA steel sheets (or stainless steel sheet- on special order ), they are provided with castors for easy mobility. Temcon power sources are fitted with transformers having class H windings and designed for long and trouble free service. Temcon Power Sources are rated for 50 kVA, 65 kVA, 80 Kva, and 100 kVA to provide heating power at 60/65 Volts and 80/85 Volts to feed flexible heating Pads and heater elements.

To give an example , a Temcon 50 kVA equipment can feed upto 18 heatings pads of 2.7 KW at 60 Volts or 15 elements of 3.25 KW at 65 Volts.r /> Standard Features

B] TEMCON MAINS CONTROL PANELS

Temcon Mains Control Panels are made in variety of designs and specifications. They can supply power to heater pads, finger elements at 230Volts. Due to their very high output power, they are most suited for heat treatment of large vessels. They are manual operated or fitted with PID programmer. Ruggedly constructed but highly portable, they give a long lasting service. Since the heater elements operate at 230Volts, all control panels are fitted with Earth Leakage Circuit Breakers (ELCB) for additional safety.

Temcon 60 and Temcon 100 are fitted with contactorised control modules. Energy regulators are fitted for control of Heat Treatment Cycle. Miniature size temperature controllers can also be fitted on request.

Model Input Supply Output SupplyOutput Supply Power Output
Temcon 60 415 V 63 Amps 3 Phase 50 Hz 230V x 63 Amps 1 Phase x 3 Channels 14 x 3 kw
Temcon 100 415 V, 100Amps 3 Phase 50 Hz 230V, 100 Amps 1 Phase x 3 channels 23 x 3 Kw

C] Temcon – PRO Automatic PID Programmer/ Controller

Temcon Automatic Programmers are solid microprocessor based equipment to control and manage Heat Treatment cycles. Temcon PRO controls rate of heating, soakings and rate of cooling during the stress relieving operation. Digital push button switches are provided to feed the required heat treatment data. Programme position at any time during the heat treatment cycle is shown digitally.

D] TEMCON TAU-90-THERMOCOUPLE WELDING UNIT

Temcon Thermocouple welding unit provides a positive welding of the thermocouple wire to the work piece surface by capacitance discharge process. The operation is fast and reliable. Unlike conventional method of welding which have registered error up to 50?C at 650?C., joints made with TAU-90 register high rate of accuracy.

Lightweight and portable, Temcon TAU-90 is supplied complete with rechargeable battery and housed in a the carry case. The unit can be charged with 230V / 110 V supply and is ideal for working in areas with restricted access
