HVPL has provided following solutions for the Chemical Industry.

Rectangular Vibrating Screen & Continuous Dryer
HVPL Design and manufacture rectangular Vibrating screen with self-balancing SINGLE or MULTIPLE DECKS rectangular screens with dust covers producing adjustable rectilinear motion, designed for structural mounting. They are used for materials, which require precision screening as well as conveying.
All contact parts of Vibrating assembly are constructed in SS 304, SS 316 or MS 2062. The Vibrating screen assembly is isolated by a set of specially designed springs. The machine is completed with specially designed vibrators suitable for continuous operation on 400/440 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 cycles, A.C Power supply with adjustable top & bottom eccentric weights.
The dimensions of screen are decided according to the existing setup of the plant or according to the area available at the plant for the screen. The motion of material i.e. horizontal and vertical can be adjusted according to the nature and properties of material. Also retention time of material in the screen can be adjusted. To reduce the problem of sieve choking, we also provide anti-blinding device as an optional accessory.

Spiral Elevator
Spiral elevators are used for conveying of material from the ground level at an elevation. The material is fed at the bottom of the elevator and it is transferred to the top because of the vibrations from the motors.
The height of the elevator can be adjusted according the requirement of the process. This equipment achieves two purposes i.e. conveying as well as cooling it in the process.

Flow Through Circular Screens
Flow through circular screen (FTCS) sepator is used for separation of coarse particles from fine particles. This machine is used where Production capacity required is large.
There are two main differences between FTCS and circular screen separator (CSS) i.e.

• FTCS has two vibrators which helps in increasing the production rate and also gives better sieving whereas CSS has only one vibrator which is used for smaller capacity production.
• The discharge spout for the fine particles in the FTCS is located Inline with the inlet spout and the discharge for the coarse particles is located on the side whereas in CSS the discharge spout for fines as well as coarse particles is located on the sides.

Z-Bucket Elevator
Z-Bucket elevator is used for conveying of material from ground level to an elevation. The height of the Z-Bucket elevator can be adjusted according to the requirement of the process. Also the feed rate of the Z-Bucket elevator can be adjusted according to the requirement of the process. The material of construction of the buckets can be changed according to the material which is to be conveyed.

Bag Dumping Station
Bag dumping stations are used for unloading of bags. When bags are unloaded in the stations, the foreign particles in the material are separated by the vibrating screen in the station.Also the dust that is generated when the bag is dumped, is collected at the top of the station and this helps in avoiding the dusting of the surroundings. Bag dumping stations are used in Food industry, Chemical industry and Pharma industry.

Tubular Vibratory Feeder
Tubular vibratory feeders are used for conveying of material in a horizontal plane. These feeders are used in places where the material is very light and can easily disperse into air and create problems of dusting. They are also used in places where the material is very corrosive like detergent powder and in places where it is not desirable for the material to get in contact with air.
