HVPL has provided following solutions for the Pharma Industry.

Circular Screen Separator: Standard Design
HVPL Design and manufacture Circular screen separators with SINGLE or MULTIPLE DECKS which are used for separation of coarse particles from fine particles.
These machines are being used to make accurate separation of particles ranging from 30mm to 25 microns. They are available right from lab scale size upto plant scale size (i.e. ranging from 24” Diameter to 72” Diameter) and available in SS 304, SS 316 or MS IS 2062 construction.
Anti-blinding devices for sieves are available and provided on demand, so as to minimize the problem of sieve choking drastically. By reducing the problem of choking, sieve does not need replacement frequently and also production rate is not hampered.

Helix Conveyor
Helix conveyors are used for transfer of material (i.e. dry powders like flour) from the ground level to an elevation.
The material is fed into the hopper as shown in the adjacent figure and then it is transferred through the pipe from the bottom to the top with the help of a helical screw which is rotated continuosly by the motor placed at the end of the pipe.
