Solutions for Food Industry

HVPL has provided following solutions for the Food Industry.

Solid Dosing System
This system is aimed at food industry where protecting the reciepe of the product is of utmost importance. Solid dosing systems are used where blending of two or more material should be done in a fixed amount.
The system eliminates the dependency on manpower to measure the exact quantity of material to be blended and helps in eliminating the human errors. Also the client does not need to reveal to anybody the quantity of material which are to be mixed, thus protecting the product from getting copied.

De-Watering Screen
De-watering screen is used to remove excess water from the material like vegetables.
The working principle of de-watering screen is similar to rectangular vibrating screen.

Helix Conveyor
Helix conveyors are used for transfer of material (i.e. dry powders like flour) from the ground level to an elevation.
The material is fed into the hopper as shown in the adjacent figure and then it is transferred through the pipe from the bottom to the top with the help of a helical screw which is rotated continuosly by the motor placed at the end of the pipe.

Turbo Rotary Sifters
This Turbo-Sifter is a high capacity, versatile, compact and economical centrifugal sifter widely used for the continuous separation of dry moist materials, even those that tend to ball or agglomerate. It is the preferred sifter for many chemicals, foods, dairy products, pharmaceuticals, biological, animal feeds, plastics and resins and a wide variety of powders or granular materials. The totally enclosed, sanitary design of the unit keeps products pure, and the large viewing door permits inspection, cleaning and complete screen change in a matter of minutes.
The Turbo-Sifter is available in single and twin models with appropriately sized motors. Units may be free standing or adapted for easy mounting on existing equipment. The choice of separating media is almost endless, covering nylon and other monofilament cloth, woven wire in selected metals and profile wire units in which the high strength wire medium also as the basket. The Turbo-Sifter can be used for everything from low cost scalping at capacities to 20 tons per hour to the retention of particles as small as 37 microns.

Bag Dumping Station
Bag dumping stations are used for unloading of bags. When bags are unloaded in the stations, the foreign particles in the material are separated by the vibrating screen in the station.Also the dust that is generated when the bag is dumped, is collected at the top of the station and this helps in avoiding the dusting of the surroundings.
