KORRO-POL SINGLE PACK FIRE RETARDANT PAINT
SAILENT FEATURES A Solvent base, Single Pack Fire Retardant Paints based on special resins and chemicals. The Dried film gives good resistant against fire and protection to base substrate. Single pack special resin base paints, are easy to apply, excellent water, weather and U. V. Resistant.
RECOMMENDED USES These Solvent base, Single Pack Fire Retardant Paints based on special resins and chemicals are used on Wood, Steel Structure & Concrete Surface.
DIRECTION FOR USE For Metal :- Sandblast the surface to min. Sa 2.5. Surface should be free of Oil, Grease, Dust and Loose Particles. For Mechanical cleaning surface should be sandblasted to Min. St2. A sound prepared surface will lead to a better paint application. When used over old coating system, the surface must be clean, dry and properly anchored.
For Wooden & Concrete Surface:- For optimum service life, the surface should be completely free of contaminants that might impair performance and should be treated to ensure good and permanent adhesion of the paint system. For removing dust and loose particles, cleaning by air blasting is recommended.

HEALTH & SAFETY
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS • As a general rule, avoid skin and eye contact by wearing overalls, gloves, goggles, and air mask etc.
• Spillage on skin should immediately be removed by thorough washing with water and soap or suitable cleaner.
• Eye should be flushed with fresh water.
• Avoid inhalation of vapors and paint mist by wearing suitable air mask.
• In the event of ingestion and eye contact, seek medical attention immediately.
• Painting must be carried out in well-ventilated area.
• This as industrial product contains flammable materials and should be kept away from ignition sources; local safety regulations should be followed.
STORAGE & HANDLING
STORAGE Store the paint in proper storage conditions as per the local regulations. Keep the paint container in sealed conditions under shed, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature. Do not stock paint material near to any ignition sources. Do not put back the half or unused material back in original container, containing the supplied paint, to avoid contamination. Handle with care. Stir well before use.
