S. B. Reshellers Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in 1978 at Shiroli, Kolhapur in Maharashtra State. The unit is specifically planned for manufacturing of New Rollers and carrying out reshelling of Sugar Mill Rollers. Since then, SBR is catering to all major Sugar Factories and Original Equipment Manufacturers of sugar mills in domestic as well as International market.

Over the period SBR has grown to become the largest reshelling unit in the world. The unit is spread over almost 12,000 Sq. Mtrs in covered area over 20,000 Sq. Mtrs of land. It consists of integrated foundry with two induction furnaces having capacity of producing 6 MT of Cast Iron / Ductile Iron per hour. Additional holding and super heating of 12 MT capacity augmented by state of the art ‘Furan” based 20 MT/hr sand plant and matching knockout and sand reclamation unitenables the company to produce the whole range, not only of sugar Mill Roller shells but various Cast Iron and Ductile Iron castings.
