Format for Annual Report on CSR Activities to be included in the Board's Report

(1) A brief outline of the company's CSR policy, including overview of projects or programs proposed to be undertaken and a reference to the web-link to the CSR policy and projects or programme :

The company's CSR Policy is to undertake activities specified in Schedule VII of the Act. The company has during the year sponsored 10 girl students of Rama Krishna Mission Seva Ashram School of Nursing at Vrindavan, U.P. for their entire nursing course for one year by donating Rs. 7,50,000/- . It also donated Rs. 2,00,000/- to the Prime Minister National Relief Fund, Rs. 1,00,000/- to South Delhi Rotary Club and Rs. 74,000/- for Rural Girls Welfare. (2) The composition of the CSR Committee: Mr. Tapas Chatterjee - Managing Director and Mr. Gautam Banerjee, Mrs. Putul Banerjee, Mr. Tanmay Chatterjee and Mrs. Shohini Mukherjee - Whole Time Directors.

(3) Average net profit of the company for last three financial years: Rs. 1640.87 lacs

(4) Prescribed CSR Expenditure (two percent of the amount as in item 3 above): Rs. 32.82 lacs

(6) In case the company has failed to spend the two per cent of the average net profit of the last three financial years or any part thereof, the company shall provide the reasons for not spending the amount in its Board report. The company could not spend the entire amount as it is actively considering putting up Skill Development Centre in Faridabad to impart vocational training to boys and girls to help them find employment opportunities in the respective vocations this will entail capital expenditure and recurring expenditure under the CSR activities of the company in the current year even though the company’s net worth, turnover and net profit in the year under consideration is well below the stipulated limits u/s 135 of the Companies Act 2013.

(7) A responsibility statement of the CSR Committee: The implementation and monitoring of CSR Policy, is in compliance with CSR objectives and Policy of the company.

Adoption of village Chandpur, Tehsil Ballabhgarh, Faridabad, Haryana under Swachha Abhiyan for maintenance of cleanliness
As part of the Corporate Social Responsibility, SSP has adopted village Chandpur, Tehsil Ballabhgarh, Faridabad, Haryanna under Swachha Abhiyan for maintenance of cleanliness in the society . For this a SSP has kept on regular roles five sweepers on monthly basis and apart from that provided a cycle rickshaw, dustbin, brooms, fluorescent jackets, tasla's, fabda's , kolchis. SSP is also providing bleaching powder on regular basis to maintain a serene atmosphere and keep the village free from diseases.

CSR NEWSWe are pleased to bring it on record that SSP Pvt Limited, Faridabad has sponsored 10 girls’ students of Ramakrishna Mission Sevashram School of nursing Vrindavan-281121 (UP) for their entire nursing course for one year by donating INR 7, 50,000 during the financial year 2014-15 under CSR activity.
