Services offered: Tubular Exchangers Design:

We undertake the design work for Tubular and Air Cooled heat exchangers. We are working with several local fabrication companies as their extended arm, to serve as their own design and drawing generation office.

Any enquiries from EPC/Consulting companies for possible outsourcing in the following areas are welcome!

 Thermal and Mechanical Design of tubular heat exchangers as per TEMA and ASME or Other relevant codes.
 Fabrication drawings for heat exchangers.
 Thermal design of Air Cooled heat exchangers as per API.

Supply

 Most of the TEMA types and TEMA Class heat exchangers in several materials.
 With plain or corrugated tubes or with suitable inserts like twisted tapes or turbulators.
 Distillation column top mounted condensers: vertical/Horizontal
 Condensers with tube side or shell side condensation
 Reboilers/Vaporizers like thermosyphon, kettle type, Falling film type.
 Single phase exchangers like heaters or coolers.
 Finned tube heat exchangers
