Absorption/Scrubbing/Ventilation Systems
We can Design and/or supply complete absorption systems mounted on skids or otherwise. The equipments involved are wet scrubbers, ventury scrubbers, packed columns, blowers etc. The materials can be Stainless Steels, PP, FRP, HDPE etc.
We have so far supplied systems for the removal of ammonia, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and ammines and met the local regulatory norms.
Some gaseous streams involve high percentage of particulate matter for which we offer proprietary non clogging type Multi-Beam® scrubber.
The ventilation may involve simple replacement of stagnant air by means of fans or it can be a complex combination of several equipments that can even recover some chemicals.
We can handle:
Physical or Reactive absorption.
Desorption can be by means of steam or air.
Sensitivity studies to locate the optimum solvent rate.
Column internals can be tray or packed.
Compact/Skid mounted system designs for small capacities.

Evaporation Systems
We can Design and/or supply complete evaporation systems mounted on skids or otherwise. The equipments involved are Heat Exchangers, liquid separators/flash vessels, pumps etc. The materials can be Stainless Steels, or Exotic.
We have so far designed/supplied systems for oil reclamations, Menthol Processing, inorganic waste streams, organic waste streams, distillery spent wash, heat sensitive materials like tomato puree etc.
Possible Variations:
Natural Circulation short tube Calendria type.
Forced circulation compact designs including appropriate flash vessels.
Falling film evaporation systems for heat sensitive materials.
Energy efficient systems like Multiple Effect, Vapor compression.
Kettle type, Thermosyphon, Forced circulation, falling film designs for distillation systems.

Other Seperation
Fractional Crystallization: Fractional crystallization can be very cost effective under certain situations and can be used alone or in combination with distillation.
We have been concentrating on this operation since last two years and have few Laboratory pilot units that can be used for trials. A plant of 12T capacity is under construction for isomer separation after successful trials at pilot level.
We can supply:
Melt crystallizers
Suspension Crystallizers with equipments for melt separations.
Liquid-Liquid Extraction: LLE can be useful in combination with distillation in some cases like AcOH-Water, MTBE-Acetone etc.. We can supply total skid mounted plants.
