Pradeep Waghela is brain behind spindle reconditioning and development of new spindles at USPPL. He started his career with SKF India Ltd in spindle reconditioning and was with SKF for 19 years. Pradeep, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, has one of its kind qualifications of having repaired more than 20000 spindles in his career of 30 years.
Under his able guidance UPSPL is expanding its work force to offer its services across India.
Rajesh Mandlik, who graduated from University of Pune, started his career with SKF India Ltd, in bearing race grinding department. Later he moved to marketing department selling Busak+Shamban Hydraulic Seals. He was then responsible for Western India sales.
At UPSPL, Rajesh is responsible for sales and marketing of new spindles and their reconditioning services.
Vikas Dangat, a founder of SV Group, is helping at UPSPL in its business development and guiding force in expansions. Like other two, Vikas too started his career with SKF India Ltd and started his own business SV Robotics and Automation in 1996. A small bush is turned to a tree and now SV group has 6 companies under its umbrella.
At the moment, Vikas is focusing his attention on his new venture Vaishvik Foods, which manufacture instant mixes and frozen Foods.
