Powder transfer system (iTransfer) is an efficient and reliable method for transferring and dispensing bulk powders or granules. This system is a significant enhancement to any conventional, mechanical or pneumatic material conveying process and provides total dust-free means of material transfer, especially when the process requirement is up to 10 m3/hr.

Our pneumatic powder transfer system has enhanced productivity with inbuilt safety and hygiene which are the highlights of this system. Our pneumatic powder conveying facilitates a reduction in batch time & ensures total process integration. The vacuum transfer system for powder comprises a suction device, vessel with automated valves & regeneration type filter, a vacuum pump, intermediate piping & fittings, and a control panel.

Powder transport system has a compact and modular design, which fits well to where the powder must be transferred, where generally space is a limitation.
