Lavisa Super-90
Lavisa Super-90 is one of our premium products, which meets all needs and expectations of modern machining. This semi-synthetic oil has very goods flushing and cooling properties, which renders suitable for operations like Grinding, Drilling, Milling, Turning and Tapping on CNC and lathes. It gives best visibility of the operation due to its translucent emulsion. Due to good flushing properties the chip carry is fantastic, giving mirror finish. Loaded with unique extreme pressure additives and fungicides makes it all-purpose coolant with longer bath life and no bad smell even when bath is unused for 4-5 days.

Emulkut-1872:

Aluminum machining has posed difficulties with water-soluble coolants. Due to very odd physical and chemical nature of Aluminum, water does not suit for machining.

Normal coolants causes Aluminum lose its luster. Conventional practice of machining of Aluminum is to use kerosene or honing oils though they have half cooling capacity, hazards of fire and skin rashes. Emulkut-1872 closely understands Aluminum and it’s machining operation with water. Emulkut-1872 gives mirror finish, ease of machining and enhanced tool life. It gives more productivity at lowest cost of machining. It forms spontaneous stable milky emulsion with longer bath life of coolant.

Stoll Super - 90:

It is specially designed for grinding operations. The effective flushing and anti-rusting additives, helps it provide good surface finish and longer wheel dressing cycle. No chip to chip adhesion gives no pit marks on the surface. Suitable for hard water use, where there is no precipitation of calcium salts. The micro emulsion and effective fungicidal dose gives better emulsion stability for long period without any foul smell.

Stoll - 16:

It is conventional type mineral based cutting oil with spontaneous thick milky emulsion, but unlike other mineral based cutting oils, it is even miscible in hard water upto 550 ppm hardness. Useful for drilling, boring, milling and tapping operations on lathes and CNC machines. With proper fungicidal and anti-rusting doses, it provides good lubrication and longer bath life.
