Air Amplifiers or "Air Movers" from Nex Flow™ Air Products Corp., are a simple, inexpensive devices with virtually no maintenance Air Amplifier can convey fumes, smoke, lightweight materials and move a high volume of air for cooling, blowoff and drying applications. They use the "coanda effect" which entrains a large amount of surrounding air using only a small amount od compressed air. The effect is an amplification of up to 17 times the airflow or more (depending on the size) with reduced noise levels. Using only compressed air, the output flow and vacumm is easily controlled by adjusting or opening the air gap and/or inlet pressure. Either end of the Air Amplifier may be ducted to address all kinds of applications from bringing in fresh air into an area to removing nasty fumes. Be wary of unrealistic or unsubstantiated amplification ratios claimed by some companies.

Air Amplifiers Mounting Systems
Nex Flow™ Mounting Systems for air amplifiers provide a convenient and flexible way to utilize the products for blow-off and cooling applications. All Mounting Systems are made of powder coated steel. One knob controls the infinite flexibility of the system and secures it in place after the Air Amplifier is properly positioned. Optional magnetic base can secure it to a magnet accepting platform. Rugged and secure positioning.

Adjustable Air Amplifiers
The adjustable Air Amplifier is anodized aluminum or stainless steel for high temperature or food applications. The customer can set the gap and lock it in place using a lock ring. They are used for a variety of applications. Adjustable Air Amplifiers take energy from a small volume of compressed air to produce high velocity, high volume, low pressure output airflow. It is quiet, efficient and can amplify flows up to 17 times the input air consumption rate.

Standard (Fixed) Air Amplifiers
The Fixed Air Amplifier is zinc die cast Standard Air Amplfiers from Nex Flow™ are solid and perform as well or better than patented designs when used in similar applications. The gap can be adjusted by adding shims, five sizes are available. It is easy to mount and maintain reducing both compressed air consumption and noise levels. It is quiet, can amplify flows up to 16 times their input air consumption rate.

Adjustable Air Amplifiers - Gauged
The adjustable Gauged Air Amplifier: Anodized aluminum with the gap marked for accurate setting as required. The customer can set the gap using the gauged markings n the amplifier body and lock it in place using a lock ring.
