• LEO-CHILL range of SPD Series Chilling plant has been specifically designed for solvent recovery for inert loop Spray Dryers.
• These chillers are designed for a capacity of minimum 1 KG / Hr to 50 Kg /Hr solvent recovery.
• Operating at a temperature of -40°C.
• The Chiller is designed with a DX system Evaporator of SS 316 grade (No Cooling media such as Methanol is required).
• Designed with water Cooled Condensers for larger capacity & Air Cooled Condensers for smaller capacity.
• The chiller is provided with a dual operating system Program Logic Controller (Auto) With HMI Display &Manual Control. Complete Electrical and refrigeration protection and to ensure Precise Temperatures.
• Well-designed, easy to operate, In built Control Panel incorporating fuses, Switchgears, Terminal connectors with full function control. with analogue display of faults indication, along with HP/LP switchfor protection, Expansion through High quality Danfoss Expansion valve, Hp/LP Gauges (Wika), Valves (Castle).
