Pukhocure – TMTM Accelerators Yellowish to light yellowish Powder 104 - 1120C 0.5 - 1.5 It cause very rapid and scorch safe vulcanization of natural & synthetics rubbers. Recommended in natural, SBR, butyl, nitrile and neoprene rubbers.
For low set SBR system a combination of 1.0 phr ofPuhkocure - TMTM with 2.0 phr of DTDM and 1.0 Phr of CZ/CBS gives excellent results.
Sulfenamide levels can be reduced by 0.3 phr for each 0.1 Phr or Pukhocure - TMTM to give equal states of cure.
Pukhocure – TMTD Accelerators White to creamish Powder 145 - 1530C 0.5 - 1.5 IT is used as a primary or secondary (ultra) accelerator in multiple blend accelerator systems with thiazoles and sulfenamides.
It offers fast vulcanization and gives an excellent vulcanization plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance when used in sulfurless vulcanization systems and EV systems.
Pukhocure – TMTD (Oil Coated) Accelerators White to creamish Powder 145 - 1530C 0.5 - 1.5 Oil coated Pukhocure – TMTD (Oil Coated) is also incorporate for dedusting purpose.
IT is used as a primary or secondary (ultra) accelerator in multiple blend accelerator systems with thiazoles and sulfenamides.
It offers fast vulcanization and gives an excellent vulcanization plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance when used in sulfurless vulcanization systems and EV systems.
Pentocure – TETD Accelerators Off white to White Flakes/ Powder 69 - 730C 0.1 -2 It offers fast vulcanization and gives more scorch delay than Pentocure – TMTD.
It gives an excellent vulcanization plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance when used in sulfurless vulcanization systems and EV systems.
It is also used as a vulcanizing agent (sulfur donor) in most of the sulfur cured elastomers and as a peptizing agent in sulfur modified polychloroprenes.
Pentocure – ZDEC Accelerators Off white to White Powder 1750C Min. 0.5 - 1.5 It is a very fast primary or secondary (ultra) accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber.
It is a very rapid accelerator for NR and SBR lattices and also it is used as an antioxidant in adhesive systems.
It can be used as primary accelerator in some continuous cure applications as well as in latex.
Pentocure – ZDBC Accelerators Off white to White Powder 104 - 1100C 0.2 - 2.5 It is mainly used as a non-blooming, non-staining ultra fast primary accelerator or as a booster accelerator in NR / Synthetic rubber latex compounds and dry rubber compounds for the manufacture of transparent / bright colored bloom free rubber products.
It is a slower accelerator as compared to ZDMC / ZDEC at equal dosage due to its higher molecular weight in dry rubber compounds.
It is effective in the absence of Zinc oxide and thus offers excellent transparency to finished products in NR latex based compounds.
Pentocure – ZDMC Accelerators Off white to White Powder 245 - 2500C 0.1 - 0.4 It is a very active non-discoloring, non-staining accelerator for NR, IR, BR, SBR, IIR and EPDM rubbers, as well as NR latex.
