Zincolet – 700	Processing Aid	Beige to Creamish Flakes	100±50C *	2–5	It is a very effective dispersing aid for white fillers. It is particularly effective in highly loaded Silica compounds. In the presence of silane coupling agents, Zincolet - 700 should be added after the silanisation process is completed.
Zincolet – RE	Processing Aid	Dark brown to Blackish brown flakes/Pellets	100±50C *	4-15	It gives very good compound tack. It improves the homogeneity of polymers blend improving the process behavior. It is useful in blending two polymers with different polarities and viscosities.
Zincolet – 33	Processing Aid	Creamish Flakes	90±50C *	2-5	It tend to stick less to processing equipment. Furthermore, reduced bagging on the open mill is given when using it. Vulcanizates resulting from compounds with Zincolet - 33 have better release properties and also show a better finish.

Helps in dispersing highly active white fillers and other ingredients. Recommended dosage for Eva sheets is 3 phr to get good expansion of Eva sheets.
Zincolet – NK 207	Processing Aid	Creamish Flakes	65±50C	2-5	It acts in non-polar elastomers predominantly as an external lubricant and release agent, since it has the tendency to accumulate at interfaces, this resulting in reduce friction and tackiness. In practice, this effect shows as improved extrusion rate and reduce mill roll sticking. It polar rubber such as NBR the internal lubrication is to force resulting in a reduction of compound viscosity. It has a certain alkalinity; it has an activating effect upon the sulphur cure. When too fast scorch is observed in individual cases, addition of suitable retarder should be taken into consideration.
