Pentoflex SP	Antioxidants	Pale yellow to colorless liquid	Not Applicable	1.5 - 3.5	It is a very widely used and inexpensive non-staining, non discoloring antioxidant for white / colored or transparent rubber products based on NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR, CR, etc. It also finds applications as a stabilizer for synthetic rubbers and plastics such as Polypropylene, Polyethylene, high impact polystyrene, adhesives, oils and plasticizers. It disperses very easily in dry rubber compounds and does not bloom or affect the color, odor and transparency of the rubber product.
Pentoflex SP (E)	Antioxidants	Pale White to White liquid	*28 - 32% *48 - 52%	1-2	It offers good oxidation, heat and ozone resistance as well as flex fatigue resistance to transparent / white / colored rubber vulcanizates and exhibits good ‘Color fastness’ characteristics. It is a suitable antioxidant for normal as well as heat sensitized NR latex based compounds and its performance in NR latex based vulcanizates is similar to that of NR dry rubber based vulcanizates. The combination of Pentoflex – SP (E) and antioxidant Pentoflex – TDQ offer synergistic effect to improve the heat ageing resistance of rubber vulcanizates at lower cost but with only slight discoloration.

Pentonox TDQ	Antioxidants	Light brown to brown Granules/Powder	80 - 950C	0.5 - 1.5	It is an inexpensive and highly potent staining type antioxidant most widely used in the rubber com-pounds based on NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR and other diene rubbers except CR (polychloroprene). It offers excellent long term protection to rubber vulcanizates against oxidative ageing at ambient as well as elevated temperatures. It offers cost advantage since only small dosage is sufficient to obtain desired long term protection against heat and oxidative ageing as well as reversion resistance during over cure.
Pentonox MBI	Antioxidants	Off white to White Powder	295 - 3000C	0.5 - 1.5	It is an usually non-staining antioxidant for light-colored and white rubber compounds and also used as a synergist for other antioxidants. It provides the vulcanizates with some protection against copper and manganese poisoning (rubber poisons). It gives better results in combination with dithiocarbamate and thiuram accelerators than in combination with other accelerators.
Pentonox ZMBI	Antioxidants	Off white to White Powder	3000C Min.	0.5 - 1.5	It works as a non-staining secondary antioxidant application for NR, CR, SBR, NBR and Latex etc. It has the same effect with 2-mercaptobenzimidazole (MB) which can decompose peroxide. It is better than MB in properties such as reducing the instability of latex.
Pentonox 6PPD	Antioxidants	Black/Brown Beads	45-500C	0.5 - 4.0	It is the most suitable PPD antidegradant for NR, NR-BR blend, SBR, SBR-BR blend, NBR, IR, IIR and polychloroprene based compounds. It offers excellent resistance to rubber vulcanizates against degradative forces such as ozone (static as well as dynamic), flex-cracking and fatigue, oxidative heat ageing, metal-ion catalyzed oxidative ageing, UV light and weathering. It beads are easy to handle on all types of weighing systems and quickly disperse in rubber compounds even at lower processing temperatures.
