Zincolet – NB 74	Vulcanization Acitivator	White to Creamish Flakes	90±50C *	2-4	Physical properties are improved by use of Zincolet NB 74, generally a higher state of cure can be achieved which results in increased modulus. It is an effective physical Peptizer for the mastication of NR. Flow properties are improved, particularly in NR containing compounds. The use of additional process additives can be avoided.
Zincolet – NB 47	Vulcanization Acitivator	Off White to White Flakes	105±50C	1-4	It offers heat stability (reversion resistance) and improved dynamic properties in natural rubber compounds containing mineral fillers and silane coupling agents. It can improve tack of high natural rubber compounds.
