A versatile extreme pressure additive Sulphurised Karanja oil contains about 9.5% sulphur, sulphurised under controlled conditions to give a product of good compatibility, viscosity, colour & low copper corrosion characteristics. It is widely used in preparation of cutting fluids, ep greases & gear oils.

LUBIDE SG 10

A refined vegetable oil is sulphurised under controlled conditions to give a product containing about 8.5% sulphur. The product is of medium viscosity, lighter colour, low odour, excellent compatibility & low copper corrosion characteristics. Recommended for cutting oils, EP greases & gear oils where very low odour factor & light colour is desired.

LUBIDE SOA

An oleic acid is sulphurised under controlled conditions to give a product containing about 8% sulphur. the product is of medium viscosity, lighter colour, low odour, excellent compatability and low copper corrosion characteristics.

Recommended for cutting oils, EP greases, gear oils where very low odour factor and light colours are desired.

LUBIDE Pb. 18

LUBIDE Pb 18 is an EP additive based on lead. It contains 18% lead by weight. It is a homogeneous clear fluid manufactured under controlled conditions to produce a product with excellent miscibility and compatibility with praraffinic and napthenic lube oil. Products with higher Lead content are also available. Containing 22-25% lead by weight.

LUBIDE VI

It is an OCP type viscosity and viscosity index improver. Suitable for blending with multigrade engine oils, gear oils and lubricants calling for high viscosity index with good shear stability characteristics. It has excellent compatibility with other additives and paraffinic as well as refined naphthenic lubricating oils.

LUBIDE EO

LUBIDE EO is an emulsifier package fully formulated to give a soluble cutting when diluted with napthanic as well as paraffinic base oils.

LUBIDE EO contains inhibitors to protect metal from corrosion as well as prevent bacterial growth. A good coolant management practice can offer long sump life as well.
