Uses
- Heat and light stabilizer in PVC and other plastics. Its also used as a synergic stabilizer for Ba/Cd and Pb stabilizer systems.
- It acts as an acid scavenger for polyolefin (polyethylene and polypropylene) extrusion and moulding.
- Catalyst Neutralizer in Polypropylene
- As Lubricant and processing aid during extrusion of plastics.
- As a mould release agent for moulding.
- As a gloss imparting agent in paint industry.
- As a metal release agent in rubber, polyurethane and polyester processing system.
