All Casting Parts
All casting parts are FG220 grade with 180-220 BHN hardness. All castings are painted with epoxy paint to ensure higher strength and to prevent rusting under water.
Bearing Bush LTB4
Gunmetal Bush is made from LTB4 material which gives long life to the motors.More number of bushes are used for higher stages which gives excellent mechanical stability.
Carbon Bush
Carbon Bush is provided to give lower wear resistance to the bearing diameter of motor shafts. This gives long life to the motors.
Inprocess Rotors V3,V4,V6
Rotor is made from CRNO grade stamping with E.C. Grade Copper bar & end rings. Rotor ends are brazed with 2 % silver brazing rod.
N Type Radial Flow Stage Assembly
Stage bowls of Radial flow pumps are made of FG220 graded castings.Polycarbonate diffusers with S.S. ring are securely fitted in casing.
Poly Carbonate Parts
All polycarbonate parts used are of 20% Glass filled material which gives long life in running operation.
Pump Shaft
All pump shafts are of SS 410 material .

Rubber Parts
All rubber parts are using nitrile rubber having 75/80 shor hardness.
Spline Coupling Rotor
SS 431 material is used which has hardness from 28 to 32 HRC.
SS Impellers
All SS Impellers are made of SS 410 material and thoroughly balanced dynamically.
SS Sleeve & Coupling
Typical Lada designed Tanon & slot type S.S. coupling gives extended life.No maintenance and No replacement. All SS Sleeves are made of SS410 material as to withstand lifelong operation.
Stator Stack
Stamping with CRNO Grade and are finished with progressive die.
Stator V4
Stator is made of CRNO Grade stamping with less watt loss. Stator Jacket is made of SS material which covers entire stack length.
V4 Diffuser Assembly
Virgin NORYL material is used for impeller & diffusers. S.S. neck ring at all wear areas. Gives extended life, better dimensional accuracy even under water.
V4 Slim Finish Rotor
Rotor is made from CRNO grade stamping with E.C. Grade Copper bar & end rings. Rotor ends are brazed with 2 % silver brazing rod.
V6 Finish Rotor
Rotor is made from CRNO grade stamping with E.C. Grade Copper bar & end rings. Rotor ends are brazed with 2 % silver brazing rod.
Winding Wire
High quality E.C. grade copper is used. Triple coated polyester wrapped winding wire. Better efficiency and more life under low voltage.
Motor Shaft
Hardened And Toughened SS 431 and SS 410 Grade Material.
