Don Schuerman - Don is the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product Marketing at Pega, and an architect and evangelist for BPM, CRM, case management, business rules and decisioning technologies.
As a Pega-certified system architect and long-time Pega employee, Don has held multiple technical positions with the company that have built on his skills and knowledge. His role as an evangelist feeds naturally into his passion for helping organizations drive innovation.
