MAK FORM AL is a premium quality aluminum wire drawing lubricant containing high level of lubricity additives , which facilitate drawing / forming by providing proper lubrication between the metal and the die even at elevated temperatures proper lubrications is very critical for metal forming application aluminum alloys in order to provide better surface finish and extending die life.

MAK FORM AL is suitable for use in wire drawing /forming of Aluminum and Aluminum alloy. There are many applications for wire drawing which include electrical wiring, Aluminum cables, tension-loaded structural components, etc. These applications are generally found in Aluminum wire /cable manufacturing industries etc.
It is suitable for a wide range of aluminum and aluminum alloy metal.

MAK FORM CB is blended. with highly refined, hydroprocessed base stock incorporated with EP and anti-wear imparting excellent load carrying ability. They are designed to withstand higher loads and shock loading encountered in metal forming l stamping application. This provides both improved surface finish and increased die life.
This oil possesses easy washabllity which facilitates their removal from the finished surfaces before further processing and Excellent rust & corrosion protection.
Application:
This oil can be used as heavy duty metal forming lubricant such as Car/ Cab body drawing operation.
