AK NORCAM
A range of highly refined transparent, inactive cutting oils with extreme pressure properties. These Cutting oils are specially developed for wide range of machining Operations. They are blended from highly refined high viscosity index mineral oils and carefully selected oiliness additives to improve the surface adherence properties.

These oils are used for machining yellow metals without fear of staining.
Suitable for less severe classes of machining on ferrous metals and are excellent for automatic lathes, screw cutting machines etc.
MAK NORCAM 22 has special chlorinated EP additives, and is designed as multipurpose neat cutting oil.
MAK NORCAM E oils are recommended for use in wide range of machining operations on medium machinability metals and also for severe Operations on certain highly machinable steels and alloys.
MAK NORCAM E are blended with a combination of specially selected extreme pressure additive which provides excellent protection over wide range of load, speed and operating temperatures. Being lighter in colour, these oils enable better visibility to the operator.

MAK TRIPONOL
A range of active type, transparent, extreme pressure OIIS. This oils provides superior metal wettability and better cooling in sever operational conditions. These contain active Sulphur to provide additional EP properties. These oils are not recommended for use on yellow metals to avoid staining.

Application:
These are recommended mainly for severe cutting operations on materials difficult to machine particularly though steels and are excellent for automatic lathes, screw cutting machines etc.
MAK TRIPONOL H is speciality oil for use in deep boring and gun drilling Operations.
MAK TRIPONOL D gives better surface finish and improve§ gear cutting tool life coefficient Of Static friction reduces of grinding debris in form-grinding from being flushed of grinding surface.
MAK TRIPONOL D is approved by M/s. TELCO in form grinding Operation and Gear Generation of straight Bevel Gears.
MAK TRIPONOL HX is developed for very heavy duty applications. They are chlorine-free and are intended for severe cutting operations especially on difficult to machine steels.
It is recommended for deep hole drilling, drilling, tapping, threading, milling, gear shaping, broaching, on hard materials.

MAK TRIPONOL TDH
MAK TRIPONOL TDH is a viscous lubricant containing high levels of lubricity and load bearing EP additives, which facilitate severe draw by providing proper lubrication between the metal and the die, hence preventing the .metal to metal contact and extending tool and die life. MAK TRIPONOL TDH has been specially developed keeping in consideration the loads and the materials which are evolved in severe drawing operations. It has good compatibility with steel, stainless steel and other high nickel alloys.

This grade has been specifically developed for Pilgering application and deep drawing application of stainless & high nickel alloys steels, assisting metallic flow through considerable reductions in both diameter and wall thickness. This grade cannot be used with yellow metals.
MAK TRIPONOL TDH has been throughly tried and tested for pilgering of Zirconium tubes at Nuclear Fuel Complex.

MAK TRIPONOL TDL
MAK TRIPONOL TDL is a viscous lubricant containing high levels of lubricity and load bearing EP additives, which facilitate severe draw by providing proper lubrication between the metal and the die.
The proper lubriction is very important for high speed draw of steel, stainlees steel and other high nickel alloys for preventing the metal contact and extending tool and die life.

MAK TRIPONOL TDL gives excellent performance when used for cold reducing stainless steel tubes and deep drawing stainless & high nickel alloys assisting metallic flow through considerable reductions in both diameter and wall thickness. This product is suitable for use in for foring large or small fasteners, nuts & bolts made out of all types of stainless steel, metal tube drawing, blanking, and stamping where it performs the most arduous tasks.
